On January 2nd, 2023, police observed a vehicle with a driver not wearing a seatbelt in Aurora, IL. Before the officer could even explain the reason for the interaction, the driver exited the vehicle and became extremely aggressive, loud, and disrespectful. The driver of the vehicle, Paige, was charged with a misdemeanor count of resisting/obstructing an officer.
She received the following citations:
1. Not wearing a seatbelt when required
2. Operating an uninsured motor vehicle
3. Operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license
4. Improper transportation of opened alcohol
5. Unlawful possession of adult cannabis by a driver
